I am a certified EFT Practitioner accredited with EFT International, Reiki Master/Teacher and Level 3 Reflexologist, practicing in Christchurch Dorset.

With 30 years experience working within the NHS I have witnessed an increasing demand for mental health and well being support, for both patients and staff.
The holistic therapies I now offer have demonstrated some significant shifts for my clients and I am very passionate about how they can support our overall wellbeing.
